To lodge your warranty claim please read the Limited Warranty and Warranty Processing Information, then complete and submit the Warranty Claim Form below.

1.1   The following information is required in order to commence your Limited Warranty claim.

• Clear photos of damaged product part provided when requested

2.1  The Warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product from either BucketBarrow direct or from an authorized BucketBarrow distributor / retailer. The Warranty is non transferable and does not cover any product used for rental purposes.

2.2 See Individual Product Specification for Limited Warranty Period.

2.3 The product is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the Warranty period listed in the product’s specification from the date of retail sale. The Warranty applies to all parts except for the tyre, tube and wheel bearings which have 6 months warranty cover from the date of retail sale. The Warranty is subject to the disclaimers and limitations stated below.

2.4 The Warranty coverage is contingent upon the correct assembly of the product, in accordance with BucketBarrow’s written assembly instructions, proper product use and maintenance under ordinary conditions.

2.5 The Warranty does not cover a defect resulting from general wear and tear, abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, modification or any use not in conformity with the commonly intended application of the product. This includes damage sustained from foreign objects/substances, accidents, incorrect storage, rusting, ‘acts of nature’ or any other event beyond the control of MSP INNOVATIONS PTY. LTD.

2.6 Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

You may be required to provide clear photos of damaged product/part as part of the Warranty claim process. If a product part is assessed by MSP INNOVATIONS PTY. LTD., at its sole discretion, as being defective, then a replacement part with be posted to you or your nearest BucketBarrow retailer at no charge to you for the parts or postage. You will be required to remove the defective part and reassemble your BucketBarrow product with the new replacement part as per the assembly instructions provided (also downloadable from BucketBarrow.com). Any replacement part will be warranted from the original retail purchase date of the product, not from the replacement date. Any warranty liability is limited to the amount equal to the original purchase price paid for the product.

Except for the Warranty, MSP INNOVATIONS PTY. LTD. makes no express or implied warranty with respect to this product and expressly disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any purpose.

The Warranty shall be the sole and exclusive warranty granted by MSP INNOVATIONS PTY. LTD. and shall be the sole and exclusive remedy available to you in addition to other rights and under a law in relation to the Products to which the Warranty relates.

This warranty excludes all incidental or consequential damages.

The BucketBarrow Limited Warranty is issued by MSP INNOVATIONS PTY. LTD., trading as BucketBarrow, owners and distributers of BucketBarrow.
